A Warm Welcome at the Port

Upon arriving at the picturesque port of Aegina Town, we were greeted by a charming Waterfront lined with cafes, Tavernas, and shops. The vibrant Atmosphere immediately set the tone for our adventure. We grabbed a quick Coffee and some local pastries to fuel up before Setting off to explore.

Visiting the Temple of Aphaia

Aegina is rich in history, and one of its most notable Landmarks is the Temple of Aphaia. Situated on a hill with stunning Views over the island and the sea, this ancient Temple Dates back to the 5th century BC. We spent some time exploring the well-preserved Ruins and learning about the history from informative plaques scattered around the site.

Relaxing at Agia Marina Beach

After soaking in some culture, it was time to hit the beach. Agia Marina Beach, one of the island's most popular spots, did not disappoint. In the afternoon, we rented bikes to explore some of the island's quaint Villages. Each village has its own charm, but our favorites were Perdika and Souvala.
